Established in year 2000, Declaration Limited is owned and run by Richard Warrilow, a qualified engineer, former journalist and experienced PR account manager, and Amanda Warrilow, formerly BAE SYSTEMS' Press Officer in Rochester, Kent.

Amanda Warrilow
Amanda was, during the 1990s, the Press Officer for GEC-Marconi Avionics (now BAE SYSTEMS). In this role she project-managed media briefings at some of the industry’s most prestigious events, including the Paris and Farnborough Air Shows. Mandy has also managed and implemented media briefings at events such as:
- Electronica
- Productronica
- the Embedded Systems Show
- the Commercial Vehicle Show
- MAINTEC
Amanda also specialises in organising 'road show' tours to meet editors.
Between them, Richard and Amanda have more than 30 years experience of working with and for the technical and trade press, and representing companies/organisations at the very forefront of their fields.
