Established in year 2000, Declaration Limited is owned and run by Richard Warrilow, a qualified engineer, former journalist and experienced PR account manager, and Amanda Warrilow, formerly BAE SYSTEMS' Press Officer in Rochester, Kent.

In this role she project-managed media briefings at some of the industry’s most prestigious events, including the Paris and Farnborough Air Shows. Mandy has also managed and implemented media briefings at events such as:

- Productronica
- the Embedded Systems Show
- the Commercial Vehicle Show
- MAINTEC
Amanda also specialises in organising 'road show' tours to meet editors.
